We really do not understand what we think we understand. More over, we are blinded by our sensual realities, brought on by our
sensual life and sciences. This is the great sleep spoken about in many "religious", "spiritual" and "esoteric" writings...
We think we are at the top of the "food chain", that we are masters over all that we see and touch. This is an illusion and part of the
great sleep I speak about. We know not what we do, which is very evident if you take the time to see without "identification", what is
happening around you.
Now if you think about it, we can reason that the Sun
exists at a much higher level than the Earth. No Sun, no Earth, as we know it now. We can also begin to understand that we ourselves are less capable than the Earth.
In fact, we can say that the Sun and Earth are divine, in relationship to ourselves.
So why do we as "brief" carbon life forms, march around like we
were much more important than the divine?... Interesting question wouldn't you think?
We can reason that since the Sun existed before us, that it was probably highly
instrumental in the formation of organic life, of which we are a small part. Therefore it stands to reason the Sun must exist at a higher level of intelligence.
Consequently, any beings that live at that level, would be much more "understanding", "cohesive" and "capable" than humanity as a whole.
They would probably regard us as interesting zoological creatures, both laughing and crying, at our daily low level manifestations.
Some say that we can't help ourselves, yet I have met with teachings at every level, that say differently.
One of the reasons we experience pain,
is our inability to "remember ourselves". Self remembering is part of the process of awakening. It has to do with a greater state of consciousness,
where one observes oneself, in relationship to every event one encounters. We have choice, yet as a rule, we do not exercise it.
We can choose to "think differently", understanding that we have a right not to be negative.
The only way to see this truth, is to truly observe oneself. It is not the event that makes us negative, it is our "mechanical" reaction to it that does so.
We react mechanically, giving what little control we have, over to the event. If we were to "change our minds", the event would have little sway over us.
We were meant to enjoy this garden called "mother earth", the only way to do that is to awake from this mindless sleep.
If you can understand the idea "as without so within", that man is a Micro cosmos within the Universal Macro cosmos, you would come to learn, that the level of the
Sun also exists within ones own potential.
By contrast so does the darkness of the Moon. Most of us spend the majority of our time,
on the "esoteric" surface of the Moon.
There is light and there is darkness, in the light there is growth, in the darkness there is "recurrence"...
We are all "naked" in the eyes of the "Sun", that much I do know...
The esoteric psychological message, behind the parable of the "Prodigal Son", is this journey home...
"Self Remembering" is the Key..."
"Simply put, know ---> thyself and, nothing too much..."
"External consideration, must be the card we play, that "trumps" internal consideration..."
